As a Performance Marketing Specialist at Opusys, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns with a primary focus on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads[4]. You will play a crucial role in driving lead generation, customer acquisition, and brand growth for our diverse portfolio of clients.

This role requires a highly analytical, data-driven marketer who understands the nuances of audience targeting, budget allocation, conversion tracking, and creative strategy to maximize Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Strategy & Setup: Design, launch, and manage end-to-end paid search, display, shopping, YouTube, Performance Max, and social media ad campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager[4].
Optimization & Bidding: Monitor daily campaign performance, adjust bids, refine targeting, and allocate budgets across platforms to hit client KPIs (CPA, CPL, ROAS).
Audience Targeting: Create and manage custom audiences, lookalike audiences, and remarketing funnels to maximize conversion rates.
A/B Testing: Design and execute structured A/B tests for ad creatives, copy,



landing pages, and audience segments to identify top-performing combinations.
Technical Setup: Ensure proper implementation of conversion tracking, including Google Tag Manager (GTM), Meta Pixel, Conversions API (CAPI), and Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
Collaboration: Partner with our design and content teams to brainstorm and develop high-converting visual and text assets for ad campaigns[1].
Reporting & Insights: Generate weekly and monthly performance reports. Analyze data to extract actionable insights and present recommendations clearly to internal teams and clients.
Industry Alignment: Keep up with changing trends, algorithm updates, privacy regulations (e.g., iOS changes), and recent features on Meta and Google.
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience managing paid advertising budgets on Meta and Google Ads, preferably in an agency setting.

Pay: ₹11,305.35 - ₹35,000.00 per month
