Job Title: Investment Banking Manager

Role Overview:

The Investment Banking Manager will play a critical role in managing and executing complex investment banking transactions, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A;), capital raising, and corporate restructuring. You will be responsible for leading teams, managing client relationships, and ensuring the successful execution of projects. This role requires a strategic thinker with robust leadership skills and the ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management: Lead and maintain relationships with high-profile clients,



ensuring the delivery of tailored financial solutions that align with their strategic objectives.
Deal Execution: Oversee and manage the full lifecycle of investment banking transactions, including M&A;, capital raising, and restructuring. Ensure timely and successful execution of deals while maintaining high-quality standards.
Team Leadership and Management: Manage and mentor a team of junior bankers and analysts. Provide guidance, support, and training to enhance their qualified growth and ensure high performance.
Financial Analysis and Modeling: Lead the preparation of detailed financial models, valuation analyses, and other financial due diligence for client projects. Ensure accuracy and strategic insights are reflected in all financial documents.
Strategic Advisory: Provide strategic advisory services to clients on corporate finance matters, including market entry strategies, product launches, financial restructuring, and capital allocation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹2,500,000.00 - ₹5,000,000.00 per year
