We are looking for a energetic, confident, and target-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to promote and generate sales for our Rooftop Solar Solutions.

The candidate will be responsible for market visits, identifying potential customers, generating leads, explaining the benefits of rooftop solar, conducting follow-ups, and converting prospects into confirmed sales orders.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct regular field visits and market surveys to identify potential residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional customers.
Promote and educate customers about Rooftop Solar Systems, savings, and benefits of solar energy.
Generate new leads and develop a strong customer pipeline.
Meet prospective customers, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable solar solutions.
Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into confirmed sales orders.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, builders, and other potential business partners.
Achieve assigned monthly sales and order targets.
Keep track of market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.
Maintain regular records of customer visits, leads, follow-ups, and orders.

Candidate Requirements
Good communication, convincing, and negotiation skills.
Strong interest in sales and field marketing.
Willingness to travel within the assigned market/area.
Self-motivated, energetic, and target-oriented.
Ability to independently approach customers and generate business.
Experience in solar, electrical, construction, real estate, FMCG, or other field-sales roles will be an advantage.
Freshers with good communication skills and a strong willingness to work in sales are also encouraged to apply.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
