Role Description This is a full time remote role for a Sales Attendant at AlpheeEats.

The Sales

Attendant is responsible for assisting customers with orders, answering product and service questions, and guiding customers through the purchasing process via online platforms and communication channels. Daily tasks include responding to inquiries, recommending suitable menu items or offers, processing orders accurately, and ensuring all customer interactions are documented and followed up as needed. The role also involves resolving basic service issues, coordinating with internal teams when necessary, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of promotions, product availability, and company policies.

The Sales

Attendant is expected to deliver courteous,



timely support that contributes to customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Qualifications

- Strong customer service and communication skills, including the ability to engage with customers clearly and professionally in writing and verbally.
- Basic sales and upselling skills, with the ability to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products, add-ons, or promotions.
- Comfort with digital tools and online platforms, including order management systems, chat or email support tools, and standard office software.
- Organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple customer interactions, prioritize tasks, and meet response time expectations.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in processing orders, documenting interactions, and following company procedures.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, maintain reliability in scheduling, and collaborate effectively with dispersed team members.
- Prior experience in customer-facing roles such as retail, food service, or online customer support is beneficial.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or coursework in sales, hospitality, or customer service is a plus.
