Elaan Advertising is a regional media agency in Mohali. Radio, outdoor, transit, cinema, print and on-ground across Punjab, Haryana, Himachal and J&K.;

One belief runs the business: regional media is underpriced. Everyone is chasing Instagram reach. We buy the stuff that is still cheap and still works.

Founded March 2026 by Gitish Chopra, ex Big FM. Station Head in Shimla, then Cluster Sales Head for Chandigarh, Haryana and Himachal.

Work spans hospitals, universities, education and retail, plus regional distribution for Neelesh Misra's content properties.

Office at Innovation Mission Punjab, Mohali. This is our first hire.

ROLE DESCRIPTION

Full time, on-site in Mohali. Reporting directly to the founder, no layers in between.

You own clients end to end.

→ Client meetings across Tricity, mostly in person → Proposals and media plans → Coordinating with radio stations, outdoor vendors and print reps → POs, ROs, execution follow-up → Chasing leads and closing them, not just servicing what walks in → Clean trackers and rate cards





No script to read from. You will learn how a radio spot is actually priced, and what makes a client sign instead of saying "we'll get back to you."

QUALIFICATIONS

→ 1 to 2 years of experience. Sales, servicing, BD, front office. Media background is a bonus, not a filter.

→ Tricity local only. Mohali, Chandigarh, Panchkula, Zirakpur, Kharar, Dera Bassi. Doosre state se relocate karne ka soch rahe ho toh please apply mat kijiye.

→ Discipline. Time pe aana, follow-up karna, jo commit kiya woh yaad rakhna.

→ Neeyat seekhne ki. Pricing, media math, negotiation, sab sikha denge. Attitude nahi sikha sakte.

→ Hindi, Punjabi and English. Clients ek hi sentence mein switch kar jaate hain.

→ Excel and email. Two-wheeler helps.

→ Degree preferred, mandatory nahi.

Ready-made playbook chahiye toh ye galat desk hai. Industry andar se seekhni hai toh aa jao.
