Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The specialist will manage day-to-day sales activities, including identifying prospects, conducting client meetings, and promoting pharmacy products and services to new and existing customers. The role involves coordinating and executing marketing campaigns, supporting promotional activities, and tracking performance against sales targets.

The specialist will collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging, provide product information and training to customers or staff, and maintain accurate records of sales interactions and outcomes.



Ongoing responsibilities include monitoring market trends, gathering customer feedback, and recommending improvements to sales and marketing strategies.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients, address inquiries, and build long-term relationships.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills to drive revenue, manage pipelines, and meet or exceed defined targets.
- Candidates should possess Training skills to deliver product knowledge sessions and support internal or external stakeholders in understanding offerings.
