Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales and Marketing Specialist role based in New Delhi. The specialist will generate leads, build and nurture client relationships, and present Expo Genie’s exhibits, events, and marketing solutions to prospective and existing clients. Daily tasks include preparing and delivering sales presentations, responding to inquiries, coordinating with internal teams on proposals, and following up to close opportunities.

The role also involves executing marketing campaigns, supporting event-related promotions,



and gathering market insights to refine sales strategies. The specialist will maintain accurate records in CRM tools, support training and product knowledge sharing within the team, and represent the brand at meetings, events, and industry forums.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with clients and internal teams.
- Proven Customer Service abilities to manage client expectations and deliver a positive, solution-oriented experience.
- Demonstrated Sales skills, including prospecting, lead qualification, and closing deals in B2B environments.
- Experience in Training and Sales Management to support coaching, performance tracking, and team development.
- Knowledge of marketing principles and event or exhibition industry practices is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in New Delhi, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced workplace.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, presentation tools, and standard office software.
