Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist based in Hyderabad, with some flexibility for work from home. The role involves identifying and developing recent business opportunities, managing existing customer accounts, and promoting the company’s electrical and control solutions. Daily responsibilities include conducting sales calls and meetings, preparing and delivering product presentations, coordinating quotations and proposals, and following up on leads to close deals.





The specialist will support marketing activities such as campaigns, digital outreach, and event participation, while maintaining strong customer service standards and gathering market feedback. The role also includes collaborating with internal teams, providing basic product training to clients, and contributing to sales reporting and forecasting.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills for lead generation, pipeline management, and closing opportunities.
- Candidates should possess Training skills to explain product features, usage, and benefits to customers and partners.
- Relevant experience in B2B industrial, electrical, or technical product sales is beneficial.
- Ability to work in a hybrid setup, manage time independently, and travel locally in Hyderabad as needed.
- Proficiency with basic office and CRM tools, along with data entry and reporting skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
