Marketing & Sales Specialist

CloudIngest is looking for a Marketing & Sales Specialist to work closely on CloudInterview, our AI-powered screening platform.

We’re looking for someone who can combine marketing execution, sales prospecting, CRM ownership, and automation in a fast-moving setting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Work on marketing and sales initiatives for CloudInterview
- Manage and optimize HubSpot Marketing Hub & Sales Hub
- Build workflows, sequences, automations, lead nurturing journeys, lists, forms, and campaigns
- Handle prospecting, lead generation, and outbound outreach
- Manage CRM pipelines, lifecycle stages, lead routing, and follow-ups
- Create and optimize email marketing campaigns
- Build reports and dashboards to track marketing and sales performance
- Explore and implement new HubSpot features, AI tools, and automation capabilities
- Support campaign planning, sales enablement, and conversion optimization
- Coordinate closely with internal teams to improve lead-to-opportunity processes





What We’re Looking For:

- 3+ years of hands-on HubSpot experience
- Strong expertise in HubSpot Marketing Hub and Sales Hub
- Experience with HubSpot workflows, automation, sequences, reporting, and CRM features
- Strong experience in B2B prospecting and lead generation
- Understanding of marketing funnels, sales pipelines, lead nurturing, and conversion
- Ability to quickly learn and implement new HubSpot features
- Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills
- Ability to take ownership and work independently
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

The selected candidate will undergo a 3-month probation period, during which performance, ownership, adaptability, and overall fit for the role will be evaluated.
