Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing the sales pipeline, and supporting customer acquisition and retention. Daily activities include conducting client outreach, presenting product or service offerings, preparing proposals, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

The specialist will also assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns, supporting promotional activities, and tracking performance metrics to optimize sales and marketing strategies.



The role involves regular interaction with customers, participation in training sessions, and contribution to sales planning and reporting.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess solid Sales and Sales Management skills to drive revenue, manage pipelines, and support strategic sales initiatives.
