Role Description The Sales and Marketing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad, responsible for driving business growth and brand visibility for Rapidexa Logistics. This role includes developing and executing sales and marketing strategies, identifying recent business opportunities, and managing relationships with existing clients across the logistics and supply chain sector. The manager will oversee the creation and implementation of promotional campaigns, pricing strategies, and customer engagement initiatives to strengthen Rapidexa’s market position.

Day-to-day activities involve coordinating with operations teams to align service offerings with client needs, preparing sales forecasts and performance reports,



and representing the company at industry events and client meetings. The role also includes mentoring sales and marketing team members, ensuring targets are met, and maintaining a strong pipeline of prospects.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, negotiation, account management, and closing deals.
- Candidates should possess marketing strategy and execution skills, such as campaign planning, brand positioning, digital marketing awareness, and market analysis.
