Role Description This is a full time, on-site Sales and Marketing Representative role based in the Western Region. The role involves identifying and qualifying potential clients, presenting cloud and managed services solutions, and driving sales to meet revenue targets. The representative will support marketing initiatives, participate in campaigns and events, and collaborate with internal teams to develop promotional materials and messaging.

Daily tasks include managing client relationships, responding to inquiries, providing product information,



and ensuring a high standard of customer service. The role also includes gathering market feedback, assisting in training sessions or demos, and maintaining accurate records of sales activities in CRM or related tools.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Sales & Marketing skills to generate leads, close deals, and support promotional campaigns.
- Candidates should possess Training-related skills to deliver product demonstrations and assist in client onboarding when required.
- Relevant experience in IT services, cloud solutions, Ai or technology sales is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in the Western Region and collaborate in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, MS Office, and basic data analysis for reporting and planning.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
