The Store Keeper will oversee the receipt, storage, and issuance of raw materials, tools, components, and finished goods. This role ensures that the production line always has the necessary materials while maintaining accurate digital and physical inventory records.

Key Responsibilities
Material Receipt: Inspect incoming raw materials and components for quality, quantity, and damage against purchase orders.
Inventory Control: Log all stock movements in ERP/WMS software (like SAP, Oracle, or Tally) to maintain 100% data accuracy.
Line Feeding: Issue materials to the production floor accurately and timely based on material requisitions.
Stock Audits: Conduct regular physical stock counts, cycle counts, and reconcile variances with the finance team.
Qualifications & Skill
Education: High school diploma or degree/diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business Administration.
Experience: 2–5 years of warehousing or storekeeping experience specifically within a manufacturing or production workplace.
Storage Optimization: Organize the warehouse layout using 5S principles to ensure protected, clean,



and efficient material handling.
Safety & Compliance: Operate material handling equipment (like forklifts or pallet jacks) safely and adhere to OSHA/safety guidelines.
Scrap Management: Identify, segregate, and record scrap, defective materials, or obsolete stock for proper disposal.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP inventory modules and MS Excel (for data tracking).
Certifications: Valid forklift operation license is highly preferred.
Physical Fitness: Ability to lift heavy loads, stand for long periods, and work in a factory environment.

Soft Skills
Organization: Meticulous attention to detail to prevent stockouts or misplaced inventory.
Time Management: Ability to prioritize urgent material requests from the production team.
Integrity: High level of honesty and accountability for managing company assets.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
