Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential leads and existing clients to promote real estate projects.
Explain project details, property features, pricing, and payment plans effectively.
Generate and qualify leads through proactive calling and follow-ups.
Schedule and coordinate meetings or site visits for sales executives.
Maintain an updated database of leads, inquiries, and follow-ups in CRM.
Achieve weekly and monthly targets for calls, meetings, and conversions.
Build and maintain robust client relationships through regular communication.
Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams on lead quality and customer responses.
Job Types: Full time, Fresher, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
