We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Assistant to support the sales team. The role involves assisting customers, preparing quotations, coordinating orders, and helping promote flooring solutions for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.

Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers in selecting suitable flooring products.
Explain product features, materials, finishes, durability, and maintenance requirements.
Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales documentation.
Follow up with leads, enquiries, and customer orders.
Coordinate with suppliers, installers, and warehouse teams for smooth delivery.
Maintain showroom appearance and product displays.
Support the sales team in achieving monthly sales targets.
Handle customer complaints and provide after-sales support.




Maintain customer records and update CRM or sales systems.
Assist in marketing activities, promotions, and exhibitions when required.

Required Skills
Good communication and customer service skills.
Basic sales and negotiation abilities.
Knowledge of flooring products is an advantage.
Ability to understand customer requirements and recommend solutions.
Basic computer skills (MS Office, billing software, CRM).
Robust organizational and teamwork skills.

Job Types: Full time, Part time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
