Supervise all warehouse activities during the shift (inbound, outbound, storage, picking, packing, dispatch).
Ensure timely and accurate handling of goods, stock movements, and order fulfillment.
Monitor workflow to meet daily production/dispatch targets.
Team Leadership & Management
Assign duties and manage warehouse staff during the shift.
Train and coach team members in processes, safety, and performance expectations.
Conduct shift briefings and ensure transparent communication of priorities.
Quality & Accuracy
Ensure accurate documentation of receipts, shipments, and inventory adjustments.
Monitor quality of operations and investigate discrepancies or errors.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,437.06 per month
