Job Description

We are looking for an AI Sales & Marketing Executive to support lead generation, prospect research, outbound sales, digital marketing and sales automation.

You will use contemporary AI tools to identify potential customers, research companies and decision-makers, create personalized outreach, execute campaigns and help improve customer acquisition.

Roles & Responsibilities
Research target markets, industries and prospective customers
Identify and qualify potential leads
Research relevant decision-makers within target companies
Create personalized email and LinkedIn outreach
Support outbound sales campaigns and follow-ups
Use AI tools for research, personalization and content creation
Support digital marketing and lead-generation campaigns
Maintain lead and customer information in CRM systems
Track campaign performance, outreach and lead conversion
Build and use simple AI-powered sales and marketing automations
Experiment with new customer acquisition and outreach approaches
Work with the team to improve sales and marketing processes

Candidate Profile
0–2 years of experience in sales, marketing,



business development or a related area; freshers may also apply
Good written and verbal communication skills
Strong research and analytical ability
Comfortable working with Excel / Google Sheets and digital tools
Robust interest in AI, sales, marketing and technology
Ability to learn new tools quickly
Self-motivated with good attention to detail
Exposure to ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, CRM systems, LinkedIn prospecting, email marketing or automation tools is an advantage
Graduates from Business, Marketing, Management, Commerce, Engineering or related disciplines are welcome
