HR Intern – Recruitment

Stipend: Up to ₹10,000 per month, depending on performance

Role Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to join our recruitment team and gain hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals and other channels.
Screen candidates and conduct initial telephonic discussions.
Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Understand client requirements and work on assigned vacancies.
Support the team in achieving profile submission and closure targets.
Learn and participate in the complete recruitment process.

Requirements




Graduate/MBA in HR or pursuing HR/MBA preferred.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Sheets.
Willingness to learn recruitment and sourcing techniques.
Freshers are welcome; candidates with relevant HR/recruitment experience may be preferred.
