Position: ICU Staff Nurse
Hospital: Prolife Cancer Centre & Research Institute
Location: Market Yard, Pune
Experience: Minimum 4 years of ICU/Critical Care experience
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Key Responsibilities
Provide continuous nursing care to critically ill patients
Monitor vital signs and promptly report changes in patient condition
Manage ventilators, oxygen therapy, IV lines, catheters, and drains
Administer medications, IV fluids, blood products, and infusions as prescribed
Assist doctors during intubation, CPR, and emergency procedures
Provide pre-operative and post-operative critical care
Maintain accurate nursing records and proper shift handovers
Follow infection-control, patient-safety, and NABH protocols




Ensure ICU equipment and emergency trolley are ready for use

Candidate Requirements
Education: B.Sc. Nursing / GNM Nursing
Experience: Minimum 4 years of hands-on ICU/Critical Care experience
Valid nursing registration as applicable
Positive knowledge of ventilator care and ICU equipment
Robust understanding of emergency and critical-care nursing
Positive clinical observation, communication, and documentation skills
Ability to work in rotational shifts and handle critical situations professionally.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
