Job Summary

Combine engineering expertise with commercial skills to sell capital equipment, machinery or industrial systems. Manage the technical sales cycle from requirement analysis and solution recommendation through quotation, negotiation and post-sale coordination.

Key Responsibilities
Meet industrial customers, including OEMs, tier-1 manufacturers and process industries, to identify machinery and equipment requirements.
Conduct application assessments and recommend suitable products or configurations.
Prepare technical and commercial bids, BOMs and project quotations.
Present solutions to purchase, maintenance and engineering teams.
Negotiate commercial terms and contract conditions.
Coordinate FAT, site trials and commissioning activities.




Handover completed projects to service or applications teams with required documentation.
Track order pipeline, forecasts and lost-order analysis.

Requirements
BE / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical or a related discipline.
1–5 years of experience in capital equipment or industrial machinery sales.
Knowledge of application engineering and technical product sales.
Technical proposal, bid preparation and quotation skills.
Contract negotiation and project coordination skills.
CRM and sales pipeline reporting knowledge.
English and Tamil communication skills; Hindi preferred.
Willingness to travel across Tamil Nadu and nearby states.
