Job Description/ responsibilities:
Lead preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activities across the plant.
Ensure maximum equipment availability and minimize unplanned downtime.
Plan and execute maintenance schedules for all critical production equipment.
Analyse equipment failures and implement root cause corrective actions.
Coordinate with Production, Electrical, and Utility teams to ensure smooth plant operations.
Monitor spare parts inventory and ensure timely availability of critical spares.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, permit systems, and statutory requirements during maintenance activities.
Maintain maintenance records, equipment history, and daily reports.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve equipment reliability, MTBF, MTTR, MTTF and maintenance efficiency.
Lead and develop the maintenance team while ensuring adherence to housekeeping and 5S standards.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
