Job Title: Warehouse Officer (Pharmaceutical)

Education: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / Pharmacy Graduate

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Warehouse Officer with a pharmaceutical background to manage warehouse operations while ensuring compliance with GMP/GDP guidelines. The ideal candidate should have 1–4 years of experience in pharmaceutical warehouse management and inventory control.

Key Responsibilities
Manage receipt, storage, and dispatch of pharmaceutical materials.
Maintain inventory records and ensure stock accuracy.
Perform GRN, material issuance, stock reconciliation, and documentation.
Ensure compliance with GMP, GDP, and company SOPs.
Coordinate with QA, QC, Production, and Procurement teams.
Monitor warehouse conditions, including temperature and cleanliness.




Handle FIFO/FEFO implementation and inventory audits.
Maintain proper documentation and support internal/external audits.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm/M.Pharm).
1–4 years of experience in a pharmaceutical warehouse.
Knowledge of GMP, GDP, FIFO/FEFO, inventory management, and warehouse documentation.
Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/SAP is preferred.
Positive communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
