We are hiring Area Sales Managers (ASM), for Jaipur, Rajasthan, to lead sales operations, manage teams, and drive growth in their respective regions.

Experience Required
Minimum 5 years of experience in Pan Masala industry.
Hands-on experience at ground level, with proven ability to manage salesmen and supervisors.

Responsibilities
Achieve sales targets and ensure consistent business growth.
Lead and motivate salesmen and supervisors to maximize performance.
Implement effective sales strategies and monitor execution.
Ensure timely reporting via digital media on a call-to-call basis.
Report directly to Directors & Regional Sales Manager (RSM).

Qualification
Minimum Graduate degree.
Solid communication, leadership,



and team management skills.
Proficiency in digital reporting tools.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Solid problem-solving and analytical skills.
Familiarity with sales management and reporting systems.

Pay: Up to ₹400,000.00 per year
