Overview: We are looking for an Executive Education Consultant to work closely with senior professionals, CXOs, business leaders, and executives. The role involves understanding their professional background, career goals, and learning requirements, and recommending suitable executive education programs and universities.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct skilled profiling and consultations with CXO-level executives and senior specialists.
Understand clients’ career objectives, leadership goals, experience, and educational requirements.
Assess and recommend suitable universities, executive education programs, and leadership courses based on individual profiles.
Provide personalized guidance on program selection, university options, eligibility, and career relevance.
Build strong relationships with senior-level clients through consultative communication.
Coordinate with universities for online and offline sessions, meetings, webinars, workshops.
Liaise with university representatives to ensure smooth execution of online and offline executive education sessions.
Maintain accurate client profiles,



consultation notes, and follow-ups.
Coordinate with internal teams and university partners to support the client journey

Required Skills
Excellent communication, consultation, and interpersonal skills
Strong understanding of executive education, MBA, leadership, and university programs.
Ability to interact confidently with CXOs, directors, and senior professionals.
Solid analytical and profiling abilities.
Consultative approach with a focus on understanding client needs rather than hard selling.
Prior experience in career consulting, education consulting, is preferred.
Valid passport is mandatory, as the role may involve coordination or participation in international university-related engagements

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
