Job Title: Retail Sales AssociateJob Purpose
To help customers find the right products, provide positive customer service, and support daily store operations.
Responsibilities
Greet customers with a smile and offer help.
Understand customer needs and suggest suitable products.
Explain product features and benefits.
Meet daily and monthly sales targets.
Process bills and receive payments correctly.
Keep the store clean, neat, and well-organized.
Arrange and refill products on shelves.
Check stock and inform the Store Manager if items are running low.
Handle customer questions and complaints politely.
Inform customers about offers, discounts, and promotions.
Help with receiving current stock and stock counting.
Follow company rules and safety guidelines.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
