Corporate Information Management Specialist

Work scope under direction of the Content Services Delivery Lead:

Review all electronic resources and provide support to all databases in coordination with customer groups.

Assist to analyze all data and organize it across various categories.

Analyze all user requirements and ensure effective transition of same into all technical requirements for management processes.

Liaise with customers and provide solutions to all customer issues.

Collaborate with IT consultants to discuss / explain customer requests / issues.

Maintenance of Work Instructions

Support Process improvement

Perform day-to-day archival activities which includes but not limited to:

Receipt hardcopy documents from internal sources / shipped to operating Facilities.

Responsible for managing offsite storage requests of storage, retrieval and return using the corporate endorsed request system.





Responsible for providing guidance to internal customers on processes and profiling of offsite storage cartons and contents and other records management processes.

Responsible for responding to critical requests and general customer requirements in an accurate, timely and skilled manner.

For annual carton destruction process - run a report of archived cartons passed their review date and coordinate with their business focal point for further actions.

Accountable for administering the Secure Custody process as per agreed KPIs and SLA, predominantly: Registering and filing wet signed contracts, variations, bank guarantees and other sensitive information to be stored in locked cupboards onsite and offsite storage.

Manage mailbox for Protected Custody requests.
