We are looking for a energetic and result-oriented Field Marketing Executive to promote our products/services, generate leads, and convert prospects into customers through on-ground marketing activities. The role involves direct interaction with clients and achieving assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct field visits to promote products/services and generate sales
Identify and approach potential customers in assigned areas
Explain product/service advantages clearly to customers
Generate daily leads and convert them into confirmed sales
Maintain customer data, follow-ups, and sales records
Coordinate with the sales/marketing team for campaign execution
Achieve monthly sales targets




Collect market feedback and competitor information

Required Skills & Qualifications
Good communication and convincing skills
Willingness to work in the field
Basic knowledge of sales and marketing
Ability to meet targets and work under pressure
Minimum Graduate preferred
Prior field sales/marketing experience is an advantage
