We are looking for dynamic, confident and career-oriented Telecallers based in Delhi NCR, with solid academic credentials and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate should be comfortable interacting with customers/prospects over the phone and capable of building positive professional relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain products/services.
Handle incoming enquiries and provide accurate information.
Understand customer requirements and generate relevant leads.
Follow up with prospects and maintain regular communication.
Schedule appointments and coordinate with the concerned team.
Maintain call records, lead status and follow-up details.
Achieve assigned calling, lead-generation and conversion targets.
Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach during every interaction.
Candidate Profile
Education: Graduate preferred; candidates with consistently positive academic records will be given preference.
Location: Must be based in Delhi NCR.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good command of English and Hindi.
Confident,
articulate and presentable personality.
Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office/CRM tools.
Positive attitude, willingness to learn and target-oriented approach.
Freshers with excellent communication skills may also be considered.
