Sales & Marketing Intern – Kite & Sports Products

We are looking for enthusiastic BBA students to join our Sales & Marketing team as interns. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in field sales, business development, and retail marketing while working with an emerging consumer products brand.

Responsibilities
Visit retailers, toy shops, stationery stores, gift shops, and sports stores to introduce our products.
Generate new business leads and onboard new retail customers.
Explain product features, pricing, and promotional offers.
Collect customer orders and maintain daily sales records.
Build strong relationships with retailers and distributors.
Gather market feedback, competitor information, and customer requirements.
Assist in promotional activities and product demonstrations.
Submit daily or weekly reports on sales visits and progress.





Requirements
Pursuing or recently completed a BBA, B.Com, MBA, or related degree.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel locally for customer visits.
Self-motivated, confident, and eager to learn.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and smartphone applications.
