Job Description:

Paidavaar – Sarvin Agro Chemicals Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative and skilled Graphic Designer with 1–2 years of experience to join our team in Patna, Bihar.

The ideal candidate should have a robust visual sense, creative thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to create engaging designs for social media, digital marketing, branding, advertising, and other business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
Create creative and engaging graphics for social media platforms.
Design social media posts, banners, advertisements, promotional creatives, brochures, and marketing materials.
Develop designs according to the company’s brand guidelines.
Work with the marketing and content teams to understand design requirements.
Create fresh and innovative visual concepts for campaigns and promotions.
Adapt designs for different platforms and formats.
Maintain consistency in fonts, colors, layouts, imagery, and overall brand identity.
Handle multiple design projects and complete them within deadlines.
Make design changes and revisions based on feedback.




Stay updated with current graphic design and social media trends.

Requirements:
1–2 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer.
Robust knowledge of graphic design principles, typography, color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, Canva, or similar design tools.
Valuable understanding of social media creatives and digital marketing requirements.
Robust attention to detail and a good eye for aesthetics.
Ability to understand creative briefs and convert ideas into effective visual designs.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good time management and ability to meet deadlines.
Candidates must have a strong portfolio showcasing previous design work.

Salary:

₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month, based on skills, experience, and performance.
