Key Roles & Responsibilities
Provide one-on-one counselling and support to employees, particularly women employees.
Handle employee grievances with confidentiality, fairness, and professionalism.
Conduct Employee Relations (ER) counselling sessions to resolve workplace concerns.
Educate employees on company policies, code of conduct, POSH guidelines, and HR procedures.
Identify workplace conflicts and recommend
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
