Key Responsibilities:
Promote the Loyalty Program to prospective customers, businesses, and partners.
Identify and generate current leads through calls, emails, networking, referrals, and other channels.
Explain the Loyalty Program, its features, benefits, and value proposition to prospects.
Conduct regular follow-ups with leads and convert them into active customers/partners.
Coordinate the onboarding process for new Loyalty Program members/partners.
Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers and partners.
Support promotional campaigns, events, presentations, and other business development activities.
Maintain an updated database of leads, prospects, customers, and partners.
Track the sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-up on opportunities.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer/partner queries and ensure smooth service delivery.
Collect customer feedback and share market insights with the management team.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on leads, follow-ups, conversions, and business generated.
Work towards achieving assigned monthly and quarterly business development targets.




Identify opportunities to expand the Loyalty Program to current businesses and customer segments.

Required Skills
1–2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Customer Relationship Management, Loyalty Programs, or a related field.
Positive verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Basic sales and negotiation skills.
Good follow-up and lead-management abilities.
Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools, MS Excel/Google Sheets, and reporting.
Willingness to meet clients and travel, if required.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
