Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecaller to join our EdTech team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective learners, handling inquiries, generating interest in our IT training programs, and scheduling counseling sessions while maintaining excellent customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective students and follow up on assigned leads.
Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information about courses and training programs.
Explain course features, fees, schedules, and career opportunities.
Schedule counseling sessions and demo classes for interested candidates.
Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
Maintain and update lead details in CRM and Excel.




Address customer queries professionally and build rapport with prospective learners.
Coordinate with the admissions and sales teams to ensure smooth conversions.
Meet daily call and follow-ups.

Required Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid convincing and customer-handling abilities.
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.

Preferred Candidate
0–3 years of experience in Telecalling, Customer Support, Tele Sales, Inside Sales, or EdTech.
Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
