Key Responsibilities :
Plan and manage all field marketing activities for real estate projects
Handle site branding, hoardings, banners, kiosks, pamphlet distribution, and outdoor promotions
Organize marketing events, exhibitions, property expos, and promotional campaigns
Develop and maintain solid relationships with channel partners, brokers, and local networks
Coordinate with vendors, printing agencies, event agencies, and branding teams
Monitor marketing activities and ensure proper execution on site
Identify current locations and opportunities for promotional activities
Support sales team for lead generation and walk-in customer activities
Conduct competitor market surveys and local area research
Manage marketing staff and field executives
Track daily marketing activities and submit reports to management

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
