Job Summary

Chungath Jewellery is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Guest Relations Executive to deliver a premium customer experience and ensure every visitor receives a warm and skilled welcome.

Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome customers entering the showroom.
Assist customers and direct them to the appropriate sales consultant.
Maintain a luxurious and welcoming showroom workplace.
Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
Manage customer flow during peak hours and special events.
Coordinate customer appointments and VIP visits.
Collect customer feedback and support relationship-building initiatives.
Ensure exceptional hospitality and customer satisfaction at all times.





Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Excellent communication skills in Malayalam and English.
Well-groomed appearance and qualified demeanor.
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
Ability to interact confidently with high-value customers.
Experience in hospitality, retail, aviation, customer service, or front office roles is an advantage.
