Senior Voice Executive

Location: Infopark, Kochi, Kerala
Experience: Minimum 2 years in BPO Inbound Voice
Shift: Monday to Friday | 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer calls in a qualified and courteous manner.
Resolve customer queries, concerns, and complaints effectively within defined service levels.
Provide accurate product, service, and process-related information.
Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs), including quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements
2+ years of experience in BPO Inbound Voice (Mandatory).
Bachelor's degree Mandatory.
Robust communication and customer handling skills.
Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities.

Pay:



₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
