Key Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and optimize backend applications using Node.js & Express.js
Design and implement RESTful APIs
Implement authentication and authorization using JWT
Build real-time features using Socket.IO
Work with MongoDB for schema design, queries, and performance optimization
Integrate and manage Firebase services (Auth, Push Notifications, Firestore, etc.)
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues
Collaborate with frontend and QA teams while handling backend ownership independently

Required Skills & Qualifications
2 years of core experience in Node.js (mandatory)
Robust hands-on experience with Express.js
Solid understanding of JWT-based authentication
Proficiency in MongoDB
Experience with Socket.IO for real-time communication




Hands-on experience with Firebase
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in startup or rapid-paced settings
Immediate or short-notice joiners
Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹360,000.00 per year
