Fixorix is urgently looking for an experienced Service Technician to handle high-demand home appliance repairs. You will be responsible for visiting customer locations, diagnosing faults, and repairing products like refrigerators, washing machines, and LED TVs.

Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair Refrigerators (Single/Double Door), Washing Machines (Front/Top Load), LED TVs, Microwave Ovens, and Geysers.
Handle both warranty and non-warranty service calls.
Perform in office testing and quality checks after repair.
Manage your daily service schedule and maintain accurate service reports.
Provide excellent customer service and explain the repair work to clients.

Requirements

Experience & Education:
Experience: Minimum 2+ years of experience in home appliance servicing is mandatory.
Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Electronics, Electrical,



or Mechanical Engineering.

Technical Skills:
Robust knowledge of PCB troubleshooting, compressor systems, and motor windings.
Proficiency with testing tools (multimeters, CRO).
Ability to read wiring diagrams and schematics.

Soft Skills & Logistics:
Must have a smartphone and be willing to travel daily within Ernakulam.
A two-wheeler with a valid license is mandatory.
Good communication skills in Malayalam (English is a plus).

Advantages
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000/month + Performance Incentives.
