About the Role

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Executive to support our growing team with end-to-end recruitment activities. You will be responsible for identifying suitable candidates, managing hiring coordination and ensuring a smooth candidate experience from sourcing to joining.

What You'll Do
Understand hiring requirements and identify suitable candidates.
Search for candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, social media and other sourcing channels.
Review applications and shortlist candidates based on role requirements.
Conduct initial screening calls and coordinate further interview rounds.
Maintain regular communication with candidates and provide interview updates.
Keep recruitment data, candidate profiles and hiring status updated.
Assist with salary discussions, offer documentation and joining formalities.
Maintain a database of potential candidates for upcoming requirements.
Support other day-to-day recruitment activities as required.





What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in HR, Management or a related field.
6 months–1 year of recruitment experience is preferred.
Freshers with robust communication and a genuine interest in recruitment can also apply.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable using job portals, LinkedIn and basic MS Office tools.
Organized, proactive, and able to handle multiple hiring requirements.
Willingness to learn and take ownership of assigned tasks.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
