Role Overview:
This position involves delivering structured training in visual effects with a focus on compositing and post-production workflows. The selected candidate will be responsible for conducting sessions, demonstrating practical techniques, and supporting students in skill development.

Primary Duties:
Deliver sessions on VFX production processes
Demonstrate practical workflows in compositing and shot finishing
Assign and review student exercises
Develop training content and session plans
Monitor progress and provide technical feedback
Assist learners in creating basic showreel work

Technical Skills (Mandatory):
Robust understanding of compositing techniques
Hands-on experience in rotoscoping, paint, and cleanup work
Working knowledge of keying (green screen) and tracking
Familiarity with color correction and shot matching
Understanding of render passes and layer-based workflows




Knowledge of production pipeline basics

Software Proficiency (Required):
Adobe After Effects
Nuke (basic to intermediate level)
Adobe Photoshop

Additional Skills (Preferred):
Familiarity with Mocha or Silhouette
Basic knowledge of 3D software such as Autodesk Maya
Understanding of video editing tools such as Premiere Pro

Eligibility Criteria:
Master’s degree in Animation, VFX, Multimedia, or related discipline (mandatory)

Experience Requirement:
2 to 5 years of relevant industry or training experience
