Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients using warm calling techniques to generate interest in our offerings
Engage in consultative selling by understanding client needs and presenting tailored solutions effectively
Demonstrate proficiency with sales automation technologies to streamline outreach and follow-up processes
Negotiate terms with clients, overcoming objections, and closing sales deals confidently
Maintain excellent communication skills to foster positive relationships with clients and internal teams




Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to identify new opportunities and optimize outreach strategies

Skills
Proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or technical sales roles with a focus on B2B (business-to-business) transactions
Strong negotiation skills combined with the ability to conduct persuasive conversations over the phone
Experience with outbound calling campaigns, warm calling techniques, and deal closing processes
Excellent communication skills in Hindi, both verbal and written, with a customer service-oriented approach
Ability to adapt quickly while maintaining high levels of professionalism
