Interior Site Supervisor

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Interior Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day interior works at project sites, ensuring work is completed as per drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily interior site activities.
Manage carpentry, civil, electrical, ceiling, flooring, painting, and other interior works.
Read and understand architectural, interior, and shop drawings.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and site teams.
Monitor manpower, materials, tools, and equipment at the site.
Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications.
Check measurements and maintain proper site records.
Monitor work quality and rectify site issues promptly.
Coordinate with the Project Manager, Designer, and Client representatives.
Prepare daily progress reports and update project status.
Ensure proper housekeeping and protected working practices at the site.
Identify delays,



material requirements, and site-related issues and report them to management.
Ensure projects are completed within the approved time, quality, and budget requirements.

Requirements
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in interior fit-out/site supervision.
Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field preferred.
Positive knowledge of interior execution and construction practices.
Ability to read drawings and take site measurements.
Valuable communication and team-coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple activities and meet deadlines.
Willingness to travel to project sites.
