Assist customers in selecting outfits based on their style, preferences, occasion, and budget.
Provide personalized styling and fashion advice.
Explain product features, fabrics, fits, colors, and current trends.
Maintain solid customer relationships and encourage repeat business.
Achieve individual and store sales targets.
Handle customer queries, exchanges, and feedback professionally.
Keep merchandise displays attractive and organized.
Manage the day-to-day operations of the fashion store.
Lead, train, and motivate sales staff.
Set and monitor sales targets and team performance.
Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and product availability.
Ensure proper visual merchandising and store presentation.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively.
Monitor billing, cash handling, opening/closing procedures, and store security.
Prepare sales and performance reports for management.
Ensure company policies and service standards are followed.

Pay: ₹12,655.78 - ₹50,000.00 per month
