We are building a Germany-focused talent mobility and recruitment business connecting Indian talent with employers across sectors including Healthcare, Hospitality, Manufacturing, Logistics, Construction, Skilled Trades and IT through direct employment, Ausbildung and other skilled-worker pathways.

We are looking for an entrepreneurial COO to build and scale the Germany business end-to-end.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Own the Germany business strategy, operations, revenue and P&L;.
Build and acquire a solid network of German employers and strategic partners across multiple sectors.
Develop recurring B2B recruitment mandates and workforce solutions.
Build and scale direct employment, Ausbildung and skilled-worker placement programs.
Lead the complete India-side operation covering candidate sourcing, counselling, training, documentation and deployment.
Build and lead high-performing sales, recruitment and operations teams.
Establish scalable SOPs, KPIs, technology and operating systems.
Lead commercial negotiations, partnerships and key client relationships.
Identify recent sectors,



opportunities and business models to drive long-term growth and profitability.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
10+ years in international recruitment, staffing, talent mobility, overseas recruitment or a related business.
Proven track record of building/scaling a business or business vertical.
Solid B2B business development and client acquisition experience.
Practical understanding of the German employment ecosystem, Ausbildung and skilled-worker pathways.
Experience managing teams, P&L;, revenue and commercial relationships.
Existing German employer or recruitment networks will be a strong advantage.
Strong entrepreneurial, commercial and execution mindset.
