Sales Executive – OnStage India

About the Role

OnStage India is looking for a confident, friendly, and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our retail stores in Noida and Delhi. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, understanding their requirements, explaining products, and ensuring a positive in-store shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and interact with customers visiting the store.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
Explain product features, specifications, pricing, and offers clearly.
Assist customers throughout the purchase process.
Maintain valuable customer relationships and encourage repeat visits.
Support daily sales activities and work toward achieving store sales targets.
Maintain proper display and presentation of products.
Keep the store area clean, organized, and customer-friendly.
Coordinate with the store team for stock availability and customer requirements.




Handle customer queries professionally and escalate issues when required.

Requirements
Basic knowledge of English is mandatory.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Friendly, confident, and presentable personality.
Customer-oriented approach.
Basic knowledge of computers/POS systems is preferred.
Prior experience in retail or sales is an advantage, but freshers can also apply.
Interest in music, musical instruments, or audio equipment will be an added advantage.
