Lumiere-X Medicals UK Ltd. is a rapidly growing healthcare and aesthetic medical company specializing in advanced aesthetic devices, medical equipment, skincare solutions, and wellness products. We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Inventory & Finance Associate to manage inventory operations while supporting day-to-day finance and accounting activities.
Key Responsibilities
Inventory Management
Maintain accurate inventory records in the ERP/accounting system.
Monitor stock movement, stock levels, and inventory reconciliation.
Coordinate inward and outward stock transactions.
Verify purchase orders, delivery challans, and invoices.
Conduct periodic physical stock audits and resolve discrepancies.
Coordinate with warehouse, sales, and procurement teams for inventory planning.
Generate inventory reports for management.
Finance & Accounts
Record purchase, sales, and expense entries.
Process vendor bills and customer invoices.
Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
Perform bank reconciliation and maintain financial records.
Prepare GST-related data and support statutory compliance.
Maintain proper documentation of financial transactions.
Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
Support the Finance Manager with reporting and analysis.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Finance, Accounting, or related field.
Min 1 year of experience in inventory management, accounts, or finance.
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally/Zoho Books/Marg/ERP).
Solid analytical and numerical skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the finance or inventory will be an added advantage
Knowledge of GST, inventory valuation, and financial documentation.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
Ernakulam, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
