Job Title: Counselor

Job Responsibilities:

Counsel prospective students about courses and career opportunities.

Handle walk-in inquiries, phone calls, WhatsApp, and social media leads.

Explain course details, fees, offers, and admission procedures.

Follow up with interested candidates and convert leads into admissions.

Maintain student inquiry records and update the CRM/register.

Build robust relationships with students and parents.

Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.

Coordinate with trainers and the administration team for smooth admissions.

Resolve student queries professionally and provide excellent customer service.

Skills Required:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Valuable counseling and sales abilities.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, WhatsApp).

Positive attitude, confidence, and convincing skills.

Ability to work under targets.

Qualification:

Graduate (preferred).

Experience in counseling, sales, education, or customer service is an advantage.

Working Hours:

Full time (as per institute timings).

Pay: From ₹11,000.00 per month
