Key Responsibilities
Perform dimensional inspection using CMM equipment.
Read and interpret engineering drawings, GD&T;, and inspection standards.
Prepare and execute CMM inspection programs.
Inspect components for dimensional accuracy and conformity.
Perform first-piece, in-process, and final inspection.
Prepare and maintain CMM inspection reports.
Use measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Bore Gauge, etc.
Identify and report non-conforming parts.
Support root-cause analysis and corrective actions for quality issues.
Maintain inspection records and calibration status of measuring instruments.
Coordinate with Production and Quality teams to resolve dimensional issues.
Follow company Quality, Safety, and 5S procedures.
Required Skills
Positive knowledge of CMM operation and programming.
Knowledge of GD&T; and engineering drawings.
Knowledge of basic measuring instruments.
Ability to understand dimensional tolerances.
Knowledge of inspection reports and quality documentation.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
