We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to join our growing team.

The selected candidate will be responsible for marketing and selling power directly to industrial consumers from our 50 MW Solar Power Plant and 10 MW Wind Power Plant. The role will involve identifying potential customers, developing and maintaining robust client relationships, negotiating commercial terms, and achieving targeted sales volumes.

Eligibility

Experience: 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in power sector marketing, preferably in renewable energy or direct power sales.

Solid marketing, business development, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.

Valuable understanding of the power market and industrial consumer requirements will be an added advantage.

Compensation

We offer a competitive salary commensurate with industry standards and the candidate's experience, along with an attractive performance-linked incentive based on sales volume and business achieved.
