Job Summary

Manage FMCG sales across an assigned territory by driving outlet expansion, distributor performance and consistent achievement of primary and secondary sales targets. Build strong retailer and distributor relationships while improving market coverage.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and manage beat coverage across multiple distributor zones in the territory.
Drive secondary sales through retail push and outlet activation.
Monitor and improve numeric and weighted distribution across the territory.
Review distributor stock levels, claims and secondary sales data regularly.
Appoint recent retail outlets and improve coverage in underpenetrated areas.
Execute trade promotions,



schemes and visibility activities at retail level.
Train and accompany distributor salesmen on assigned beat routes.
Handle retailer and distributor escalations and achieve monthly sales and coverage targets.

Requirements
Any Graduate.
0–5 years of experience in FMCG sales.
Territory planning and beat management skills.
Experience in primary and secondary sales.
Distributor and retailer management skills.
Outlet expansion and trade promotion execution skills.
DMS/Excel reporting knowledge.
Two-wheeler and valid driving licence mandatory; Tamil communication skills.

Pay: ₹20,800.00 - ₹33,300.00 per month
